I am a 1998 graduate from Jess Lanier High School. I attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. I received my BS degree in Early Childhood Education in 2004. I also received my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Alabama State University in 2011 with a GPA of 3.9. On December  12, 2014, I added to my educational degrees. I have my Ed.S in Teacher Leadership. I obtained this degree from the University of Montevallo. 

I am pleased to say that I have 13 years of teaching experience in my profession. I started with my internship at Greenwood Elementary under Mrs. Kem Steward. I worked as a Second Grade Teacher. After my internship, I was blessed with the wonderful position of a Second Grade Teacher at Jonesboro Elementary. I taught the same grade for 12 glorious years. This year I have the joy to teach Kindergarten. I am sure I will love interacting with the babies.

I am a native from Bessemer, Alabama. I am a proud '98 graduate from Jess Lanier High School. I attended Alabama State University in Montgomery, Alabama. I have been married for 10 years and I have 2 wonderful kids. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy shopping and going out to eat.
