Art
|
- I knew I wanted to teach art since 2nd grade.
- I attended Pinson Elementary School and had a great art teacher.
- I would wait with anticipation each week to go to art class.
- I took art in middle school at: Rudd Middle.
- I attended Jefferson State Community College where I was able to work in their art program.
- I transferred to the University of Alabama and graduated in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in Art Education.
- I completed my Early Childhood Education program at U.A.B. in 1997.
- I graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Master's Degree in Art Education in 2003.
- I have one child- Ashley who is currently in her 1st year of college.
- I have taught for Tuscaloosa City Schools k-5th...Shelby County k-5th and St. Clair County k-5th.
- I worked briefly at: Kingwood Christian School as an art teacher k-12th grade.
